- We will contact all our existing purchasers who are looking to purchase within your property's price range and location.
- An attractive Hills Estate Agents signboard will be installed on your property.
- A top quality digital photo will be taken for promotional purposes and a colour copy placed in our window display.
- Hills Estate Agnets use 4 websites including 2 of the leading marketing websites in Australia. Realestate, & Domain. All Residential Properties are placed on these Websites: www.realestate.com.au, www.hillsestateagents.com.au, & www.homehound.com.au .
- We will List our commercial property range on domain.com.au, and can also employ other websites if required, at cost.
- A weekly or monthly progress report, on the activity on your property; As agreed apon.
- We will suggest advertising and marketing strategies to combat the competition, from other properties. Some strategies may involve a cost, we will provide them at cost.
- We will present all genuine offers obtained, in writing. And, specifically all 0.25% and 66W offers, will be forwarded, regardless of any initial Instruction. We will endevour to re negotiate any offer which we (Vendor and Agent) agree appears to be in the "ball park", and according to your further Instructions.
- We will provide feedback after every inspection within 24 hours.
Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas, we invite you to register your complaint in writing to us.
If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified with 14 days after receipt of your letter, you will have the option to cancel our agency agreement. Should no buyer be available or in negotiation with the agent.
